Return Policy

 

• EWO’s online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at www.elitewomenorg.com.

• No refund for professional services provided; decisions are made based on the circumstances.

• You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

• Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.

• Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our office.

• Elite Women Organization is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
